When you link your utility account to Arbor, if we can find you a lower electric supply rate than you are currently paying, we’ll let you know how much you can save and do the work to get it for you on your utility bill. There are no interruptions to your utility service and the new low rate usually takes 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your utility bills. 

All rates are fixed with no commitments, and any early termination fees are 100% reimbursable. Plus, we keep an eye out for you on an ongoing basis once the rate’s term is up to put you on the best rate we have available.
