Percentage of Income Payment Plan: The PIPP payment assistance plan is for people who are struggling to pay their bills. Customers can make minimum monthly payments on their Duke Energy Ohio bill to avoid disconnection.

If you already have service, click on the ‘Register Account’ button. If you don’t have service yet, click on the ‘Start Service’ button.
You can start your service, stop it, or move it to a new address. If you have service, skip to step four.
You will have to verify your Duke Energy account. Select whether you have a home, business, or another account type.
You can enter your Duke Energy account number, or use your Social Security Number (SSN). You’ll have to verify the information with your SSN, date of birth, phone number, email address, or federal tax ID.
After that, create your online profile by entering all your information. Enter the email, username, and password to continue.
Check your mail for a confirmation email and click the link in the email. After that, your account will be set up.
